This is my first time, hope I am doing this correctly.

I used my elliptical for 20 minutes yesterday.

I am hoping this will make me more accountable for getting my excercise in every day and to not find an excuse.

Hot dayum I went to the gym (during lunch) and walked 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Plus I have a  new pedometer and I've been walking 10,000 steps everyday during the week and 7500 on the weekends.  Today I'm at about 15,000 steps.
