Reflection
In all honesty I often temper what I say as to how it would come across to others. I want to try to always uplift and encourage. Now that's what I do when responding often times. Just because I AM ok with weighing 180lbs doesn't mean it's ok for someone else and guess what I'm cool with that because in the end I'm ALWAYS going to do ME and I do ME so damn good "can't touch this."
You are NOT a pariah BUT I will say this IF you re-read what you have written and you get that SENSE from your OWN words then know that YES others are getting that sense too. You can only change how YOU are to others not how they perceive you BUT you have control over how you are preceived, etc etc, yada yada.
And with that said I love you, your energy, your posts etc BUT I'm also not the sensitive type.

I guess I'm still not sure why anyone feels the need to try and convince others to stop obsessing over numbers on the scale. For me I have been obsessing over the numbers on the scale since I was about 15 years old - so that is 25 years! I just can't see that changing anytime soon - it is the habit of most of my lifetime. The difference is that now I obsess over less than 10 lbs and not 100!
I don't get offended by anything that anyone says here - I probably don't contribute often enough to let anything bother me that much but I do switch off pretty quickly when I feel that someone is getting a bit 'preachy' - I have been guilty of labelling some the 'VSG Evangelists'!! Live and let live I say!
