I ate badly this weekend but got more exercise, guess it evened out.  Whew!! 

I had a rude awakening this weekend also.  I had to walk up a steep hill twice.  When I got to the top I was huffing/puffing and my legs felt like just skin on bones, no muscle.  I have never felt like that before..kinda scarey. It made me realize that I have just been playing around with this exercise stuff but now I have to get serious.  I am 61 years old and don't want to be feeble and unsteady in my old age.   I will definitely be working on an exercise program.  I don't want to be left behind now because I just don't have the stamina to keep up!  Things have to change NOW!!

i got into a pair of 12s this weekend,  i am so happy,  and really this was my secret wish to fit into a 12 so yeah for me.  The scale is not moving :o(  but i am lifting weights and i got a kettlebell,  love it and my body is changing for the better.   Love you guys 
      the start of my brand new life was on 5/28/10
