I'm so glad you didn't lose it.  I know there are little sizer things you can attach to rings you might want to see if you can find it.

Those things pinch me!  You can find them at walmart though, you dont even have to just go to a fancypants jewelry store!!

I got mine resized after I was talking with my hands (imagine that) and flung my ring across the room and nearly put somebody's eye out!

But honestly, there is only knuckle there under the skin, so I cant see having to get them re-redone!

I looked at the WalMart rings.  I have one coming from HSN.  Real gold, fake diamonds.  BTW, I ordered some books from your list.  Thin Commandments, Shrink Yourself, and the Beck book.  Any particular order reading them?

I meant you can get the ring sizer things at Wal-Mart!  Sorry I was confusing! (common problem! :} )

Books - depends on what's your front burner issue?  Trying to unpeel your emotional onion or trying to get a structure happening in your eating?

Probably 10 Thin I would do first, because you can rely on structure and then peel your onion!  Shrink Yourself is my favorite onion peeling book, but the Beck lady is good too.  For some folks one one of them appeals more than others.

I had 3 rings resized last month.  I was so afraid of losing one of them...my wedding rings, a Lindy Star Sapphire my DH gave me when we were dating and my mothers ring.  I would be devistated if I lost any of them.

Glad you found yours.  Now you can wear the fake until you get the others sized.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I finally brought all of my rings in to be resized - picking them up this afternoon and it will be nice to have them back, esp. the wedding ring - it has been months since I could wear them!
