 I fit in size 12  !!!  yeah me,  so even tho the scale is not moving my body is changing and i was so shocked when my size 12 pants fit me yesterday  yahoo,  so all the kettlebell workouts are really changing my body for the better
Goal 1---  get to 165lbs  (someday soon would be nice lol)


      the start of my brand new life was on 5/28/10
