: try something really, really easy and post about that.  walk around the block or do one pushup or touch your toes or something and then post.

 4.5 miles for me today.  Tomorrow it's back to my weekend goals of 5 miles each day.

 OK got an extra 1.5 additional miles (6 miles total)...unexpected but nice :)
