My Results.. LONG
So, here we are at the end of my experiment. I want to be clear that tracking for the past week will not have an influence on my diet going forward- it wasn’t intended to- and shouldn't affect anyone else's either. THIS WAS FOR THE SAKE OF CURIOSITY ONLY. I also make the disclaimer that for ~most people~ eating the way I eat will NOT work. I know this, and I am not trying to derail anyone’s weight loss or maintenance. I am just putting out there a full and honest account of what I eat, when, how much, and what it all amounts to at the end of the day.
The Results
So, I averaged a day:
Calories: 1200 (high 1600 calories, low 800 calories)
Fat: 50
Carbs: 110
Sodium: 1600- I know my sodium is very high for some people... I have low blood pressure and do not retain water.. I am good.
Protein: 65
Liquids: 70 oz
Average Times I Ate per Day: 7
Also, just a note- it isn’t on here but I do take my vitamins daily…
Last week was really stressful for me- my bff had major surgery and then pneumonia during recovery. Her kids were also sick and in my care, as her hubby has been ill for a very long time (he can barely walk from multiple back surgeries and has sarcoidosis). My daughter was pretty sick also, I had my TOM and monthly AWFUL cramps, and I went on a job interview and lost yet another job opportunity. I think it was just one of those weeks that kick you in the ass.
Below is a listing, by day, of everything I ate/drank and what time of day. I understand that to many of you this may come off as grazing, but I learned a long time ago that if I go very long with nothing in my tummy I don't feel well and I am a cranky ***** Eating this way is working well for me... Only other thing to note is my favorite snack is Herrs potato chips. i gave them up for Lent, so almost every junkie treat down there would probably be chips any other month, lmao...
