I walked 4 miles today

Busy day at work today.  Won't leave until 6:00pm.  Plan is..hand weights, and some core exercise when I get home.  Walk around office more.  Sounds so wimpy compared to you guys.

I have the day off today so I got to do an extra hour-long boot camp class!  And I also have a tap class tonight!

Just finished a 3 mile walk/jog with the insane pug (she's loving it).  Will to strength and core after lunch.
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

I have been meaning to join you all for a while. I had been doing well exercising on a regular basis, but then on went on a trip, and got totally out of the habit. I don't feel as good as I did, and I know this needs to change.

So, now I will get up and leave the computer, and go walk briskly on the treadmill for 20 min and do some pushups and situps.

And, I pledge to be back here tomorrow!
