make healthy food choices
ramdom thoughts: i have been really trying to up my exercise and using weights, i seem to be stuck again :o( this seems to be how my personal journey goes, kinda frustrating. That being said, i feel wonderful and look pretty good too. So the plan is to stay on course and hope to reach my goal by my one year mark 5/28. Thanks for being there :o) Jeani

Exercise...Started (WOW! First time for that!)

The one pound is still hanging on but for the first time feel it will leave. I started hand weights for my arms this morning and will do them through out the day. My arms are my big problem. My weight has stayed there and sleeves are an issue for me. Can't afford to have the extra weight surgically removed but if I could I for sure would. I have also upped my steps for the day getting ready for the 10,000 steps per day program my company is starting April 18th. All of this should help my lifestyle and health.
