Daily Exercise Check In - Wednesday, Mar30/11
OK....don't fall over from shock....I did some arm weights this morning!!! I have figured out a way to do them at my desk when I am waiting for a program to load, on the phone (have wireless headset), or just not busy with my hands. Why have I not thought of this sooner??? We are also starting the 10,000 steps a day program April 18th so I am getting ready for that by building up my steps each day. I WILL sign up for that program. This is something that I think I can incorporate into my daily life....lifestye change!
