OK......so the REAL secret is.......???

    That there IS NO SECRET!!  No "magic" pill....no "free ride".......no "12.7 million dollars" from some dude in Nigeria!  I posted this topic....ONLY to entice....and ....intregue.....the newbies into opening it up and POSSIBLY getting some info!  Don't think it would have been looked at if it read....."drink more water....it is good for ya!"  Who does NOT know drinking water is good for you...and will help W/ weight-loss!  But if they see that someone lost  "X" amount of pounds.....it is like posting "naked pics!! don't open this up!!"  To hard to resist!  I think my little "social experiment" paid off....many people  opened it up.....maybe some will actually follow through with  the advice?  And others followed suit....and posted their own "secrets"  My work is done here.   Oops....Off to an FAA meeting I'll finish my thoughts later.....to be continued!

When I bicycle raced, the guy who coached me always got asked what the secret to his success was ... His answer was the secret was being consistent in his training ... Kind of applies to weight loss too

Okay my new profile pic is about as nekked as I'm going to get, in my new swim suit.

Except OH made me WIDER so that the photo would be a perfect square. What are they crazy???????? I don't want to be wider!

I love your pic girlie!  We should all (maintainers) do bathing suit avis.. even the mens!  LOL.. Show people what we are working with.. I mean if we really want people to look!  Ha ha!

Hey if I looked as good as you do.... I would!  The "shar pei" look is out.....and  I mean....both....wrinkled....and furry.....I'm a bit of a "man-beast!"  But PLEASE  don't let that stop ALL the women from following suit!
