Still 129 lbs but for the first time I am not worried about it. I am sure it will come back off. I guess I should do a range of 125 - 132 but I am just hung up on 128. That was my weight at 19 and I thought I was fat!!

181....FLUCTUATING.....did a little longer on the elliptical last night, so not sure what that extra pound is about today.
