Great idea to post here too!  So I'm paying it forward and putting some words down for anyone who want to know some of secrets.  It's funny, the more I wrote, the more thoughts that popped into my head.  I posted on the main VSG board.  Here's the link.

Thanks! I needed to be reminded of those things. I am having trouble losing a few lbs I gained and I figured out it was because of grazing. Not a lot of anything, but a piece of this or that popped into my mouth.

I've stopped and I am being careful and finally today the scale moved,   I am thrilled!

Isn't it just sooo easy to fall into old habits??  I'm happy the scale is moving for you.  Boy!  You really are working your way down!!
