Wanna know one of my "Secrets"

I have updated my blog at least once a week since surgery, and also before surgery.  I post a lot about the psychological aspects as well as the physical ones...especially at this point in my journey.  My trouble is that there doesn't seem to be a very good way to catalog them so that someone could find what it is they are looking for.  I found reading blogs/looking at photos to be so helpful and inspiring preop and early postop.  And, quite honestly, it keeps my eye on the ball and my head in the game now.

I'll try to get over to the other vsg forum after I get home from work but it would be nice if
they could post it here too. Some of us may have made it to goal, but are still struggling daily
to keep it off.

Excellent idea.  I too am weary of the main board, and I cringe when I read some of the questions ("Why can't I eat a whole Subway Hoagie at 4 weeks" out comes to mind).  I'll post as I think of things.
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

LOL, this post makes me laugh. So many people post stuff like "I am ten days out, do you think it would be ok if i ate a banana split if I pureed it first?"   Can't believe what people think they should be able to eat. Did they not get any preop eduction? Ok, rant over.   Diane

Sounds like you need to be our team leader on this "secrets" thread.  You can appoint each one of us at a time that it's our turn to post so they will be spread out a little more.  Better get my thinking cap on.

Great idea!  Thanks to both you and Jimbo!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
