goal get 2 lbs off this week!

Random thoughts: I wish I was one of those people
who did not have to worry every day about regain. I am not one that goes below goal and has to worry that I will keep losing. It's that old "I just look at a cookie and I gain a lb" I too had hoped this surgery would do away with so much of the struggle. I really need to get sugar out of my life completely but I wish the whole world would come around to my way of thinking so I don't have to ever look at it. wishful thinking, I know

Hey guys,  well yesterday was my 10 month surgiversary and i'm doing great.   I have started getting pretty serious with the weights and i bought myself a kettlebell so i'm just gonna wait and see what my body does.   So less obsessing about the scale and more enjoying how great i am feeling and looking.   Love you guys,  thanks for being there,   Plan remains the same

As I enter this I remember that I was to be wearing my peodometer today.  Forgot it.  I will just pretend I have it on.    I will put a sticky note on my purse so I will remember it tomorrow.  I am curious about how many steps I take a day.  I know it won't be much but I have to start somewhere.  One day at a time....

How does this work? Am I supposed to change my post above. I wrote that last night.

I got up this A.M. and I am down to 136.2  For the longest time I was 137 something .8  .6  .4.  .2

I started thinking I was never going to move off 137. The weekend would come and I'd go  back up to the  next two tenths of a point. I wasn't making headway.
One step down two steps up every week!
