Random thoughts:  I love food way too much.  I'm not sure I will ever be someone who can "maintain' without serious effort.  I mean serious effort.  I hope I'm wrong, but my experience thus far has proven that if I let my guard down even the tiniest bit, I see immediate and sharp changes.  Regardless, I love that I have created enough healthy habits to keep things in check and get back on the straight and narrow rather quickly.  It's all good.

I wish I was one of those who lost 10 lbs. below goal and struggles to keep the weight on.  One splurge and weight gain that does not want to leave.  It is going to be a life long struggle.  What I had hoped I was getting rid of my having surgery.  Sigh...

random thoughts:
well i was gone for the weekend  had a great time,   ate some carbs and happy to see no damage done on the scale,  but hey  i'm getting LOTS of compliments and people saying  OMG  you're so skinny,   well obviously that's not true---- but i do look pretty good these days but the best thing is i feel GREAT.   Have a good one  :o) Jeani
