I am just curious.  I am 8 weeks out and am curious that once you get to goal, is it generally maintained

there are lots here in this group that are maintaining. I am only  16 months but am holding. Dr. Cirangle will have  a 5 year study to be published this summer which should have info on this.
Congrats on  your surgery. you will love the results. Diane

I am 2.5 years out, and have been maintaining for two. Congrats on your surgery!

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

I was 2 1/2 years out in February and maintaining.   isn't that nice to know?  I'm sure glad!!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

I never made it to goal, but at 65% EWL  still feel a success (had a strong metabolic component to my obesity).
Maintaining at 4 years out.
You'll be glad you did this your whole life...
