Daily Exercise Check In - Monday, Mar28/11
I did a really cool workout.
First, I did thing thing where you toss this really heavy rope around. 20 seconds throwing, 10 seconds resting, 10x. So it was only 4 minutes but I was BEAT after. The second 4 min. set was AbMat crunches. Not as interesting.
Then we did 12 different kettlebell exercises, 1 minute each. We did every kind of exercise that you can do with a KB and one hand. It was fun to switch around like that. Actually the last minute was a plank so no KBs were involved...
