Random Thoughs:
Morning cindy, today is a good day of pure protein, as yesterday was a day out in Boston where i splurged... with having canoli from a really popular Italian pastry place, 1/4 of a sandwhich from a pananni shop, some sea food at a high class restaurant and a Irish pub place where i had 1/2 sandwhich ... not all at the same time and i had to walk to each location... so my outing was a great day with exercise as we walked all around. Took a bus down just so we didnt have to worry about finding parking or negotiation of the one way streets...

1. Morning weigh in ...187.8
2. Breakfast
3. Meds and supplements Meds.
3. Protein drink before 1st break Off work right now.
4. Water while at work 0oz's
5. Have a healthy lunch packed
6. Listen to my body
7. Exercise .Taking it easy, 4th day post -op
8. Record and be accountable Recorded and Checked in
9. Know that I can't have RED Light foods, even though the family can, and shouldn't be punished because of my uncontrollable binges.
