Just one mile so far today with the insane little pug.  More to come.

 Cindy - I just wanted to thank you for doing this every day.  I committed to walking 5 miles yesterday and almost sat down to watch a movie in the eve and call it a night.  Then I realized that I didn't hit my 5 miles yet.  So I got up and finished.  Had I not put that for my goal yesterday, I may have never of got my butt off the couch for the rest of the eve.

Okay, the weather finally cooperated and I had my first big bike ride of the season. 47 miles! I probably overdid it though. Hopefully I'll recover well enough to do my normal weekly workouts.
