I am up a pound today due to the all day meeting with lots of good sweet treats.  Yes, it was worth it but I am back on track now.  Still thinking about exercise but have not figured out a way to get the formal exercise in there yet.  I know just an excuse but I am working on it.  Right now, I am just tired.  This will be my first weekend "off" without something major stressful going on.  I am so looking forward to it.  Also trying to add in more fruits and veggies to the meals without going crazy.  Something for energy.  I just want/need to stay healthy right now.  As always....One day at a time.....

weight today  167  yeah   closer to my ticker being true again,  (bouncing around with 3 lbs here, up/down  up/down,  making me dizzy  lol
planning on going to visit my daughter this weekend,  unless the weather is too bad??  not sure yet but i'm all packed and ready to go,

Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:  
1.  Morning weigh in ...188.8
2.  Breakfast Omelet with cheese and ham
3. Meds and supplements Meds.
3.  Protein drink before 1st break Off work right now.
4.  Water while at work  0oz's
5. Have a healthy lunch packed
6. Listen to my body
7. Exercise .Taking it easy, 3rd day post -op
8. Record and be accountable Recorded and Checked in
9. Know that I can't have
RED Light foods, even though the family can, and shouldn't be punished because of my uncontrollable binges.

Random thoughts:
I will ACHIEVE!!! 3rd day post op and feeling pretty good. I am trying to eat lots of protein. I am going to get my fluids in to. I am up walking around to keep things moving. Feeling pretty good overall.
