Yesterday all day meeting which meant setting all day long. Plus we had the most fantastic caterer. Everything was homemade and delish. Up a pound today but it was worth every bite. Back on track toay. One day at a time.....

Hi sweetie, well, i'm just staying the same :o( i am using my dumbells and i think my body looks better, i feel better in my clothes, but the scale seems to be on strike oh well, i'm pleased with myself and my progress thus far

I am taking advantage of having a little cold (and that's all I'm allowing, not going to be very sick) to
decrease my coffee it doesn't taste as good right now and I need more napping anyway and
cook which I've been meaning to do more of. I made soup earlier this week and I just finished filling my slowcooker with chili. I really crave spicey when I have a sore throat and I put in tons of garlic (kills germs and keeps vampires away) and red pepper. you feel a burn and then the throat feels better.
I may exercise briefly today. in fact, I'm going to.
