Hugs to you Cindy.  A friend of mine gave me my new song for each day...."On Day at a Time" and I keep it going in my mind constantly.  It has really helped me lately, maybe it can do the same for you.

Today is going to be a challenge for me.  We are having a departmental meeting with everyone coming in from accross the state.  Right  now I am facing homemade cinnamon rolls and huge mounds of fruit.  I am trying to just have unsweetened tea until lunch and if I feel I have to have something, get a piece of my cheese.  Lunch no idea what that will be but will struggle.

Exercise will be difficult today as this is an all day affair.

Still maintaining at 128 so YEA!

Hey Cindy,  i'm sorry you are struggling,  i'm still bouncing around with the same up/down 3-4  lbs :o(  i'm running late but wanted to say Hi,   i really like Linda's post but like you will need to read it after work,   looks like we are all works in progress.  This was so much easier in the beginning  xoxo   :o) Jeani

I am a day late with this post but you are not alone... I have been doing the same exact thing, junk, junk and more junk to the point of M&Ms and cheez it for a meal.   Today I made a decision to get a grip and attempt to be more mindful (one day at a time).
