First and foremost, thank you to those of you *****sponded to my initial email!

I've been back on track since Monday and the scale is already down 3 pounds! Making sure I keep my carbs to a minimum (avoiding breads/pasta/starchy veg) and those I am getting are coming from veggies and cheese. I am also staying on top of my fluid intake. That has always been my biggest problem; not drinking enough. So YEAH me!

Hello all! I am two years and few months out. I have gained about 20 lbs back. I really need help getting back on track. I really would appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks again!

Put the po boy down and back away! JUST KIDDING! A little NOLA humor for ya :) Seriously, I have gone back to basics. Plenty of protein, plenty of water or no cal fluids, and I am keeping my carbs pretty low. (Yes folks I know it's been a hot button issue lately, but it works for ME). Most days last week I ate: B-cottage cheese, L-salad with grilled chicken and light ranch, D-protein and a green veg, and for snacks I have been having boiled eggs, string cheese, or yogurt. Keep in touch, we are in the same boat!!!
