Here we go for Tuesday.  I got my exercise in yesterday, so that made me happy.  Stayed on track for food too.  We will see how today goes.

Weigh:  178
Checkin:  here I am!
Sweets:  taboo!
Exercise:  two walks and my elliptical on deck...shooting for more minutes on the elliptical..no excuse not to


I'm really wanting to see 175--my high end of goal on my birthday Friday.  My friend is taking me to a soul food place Thursday night that looks heavenly.  I guess I better really watch it until then.

Exercise - Plan is to move more today than yesterday

I am so tired this morning.  Rough last week and weekend and hectic day at work yesterday.  Another big day ahead of me today and ever bigger one tomorrow.  Plan of action is in place..have my 2 snacks and lunch with me and going to do a walk around every hour.  Right now have my caffinated coffee to get me going and unsweetened tea iced and ready, followed by lots of water.

gotta go to work,  this is so hard,  these last lbs really dont want to leave me.   I try to live my life they way i want to continue to live my life and i can't see me giving up certain foods forever.   Not everyone has to do low carb forever and there are people who  are successful without doing that.   I just need to find my happy medium.    For now will stick to low carbs because its the first time in my life that i'm not hungry,  but i will not live the rest of my life that way.  Thanks for being there,  i o i o so off to work i go :o)  jeani

Sigh as well.  I can't seem to find my way back and my weight shows it...gotta figure it out and soon =)  sigh

weigh 118.4
track food- so far so good
3 meals and 2 snack- trying
water- none so far- not good, but I'm getting 32 oz. right now!
vitamins- done
trigger foods- OK

I can't seem to go under 118.  I struggled to get over 113 and now I have the opposite situation.  I dance around it- 118.6, 119.4, 120.6, 119, 121, etc.  I work it down, then  when I'm on a roll, the weekend comes around, and I jump back up again.  I want to get back closer to 115.  I know it's not much, but it's my little demon :)
