Daily Exercise Check In - Tuesday, Mar22/11
I'm such a slacker compared to everyone else! LOL! I may not be moving much but at least I am doing something!! I didnt exercise at all during my losing phase which I really regret now.
20 minutes of resistance bands, 8 lb weight ball, jump rope (I'm loving this!!). Walked/jogged about 10 minutes-my legs were like jello!!
