I'm lazy....and low tech!  I log /journal food in my (PETA) notebook.  I put down the time...breakfast ...lunch etc....approx prot and carbs....I only look at Protein....carbs....and water!  It is simple and I can still follow "trends"   I have specific "daily goals"  If I am over or under I know.  Works for me.

JIMBO...  350lbs! lost!.....  TRIPLE CENTURY CLUB!!  HELL ...YEAH!
