Plan is to get in 5 miles today. Got 6 yesterday so that's encouraging. Now that's the count on my pedometer (which is the best thing ever for me tracking my activity)

Update...just broke my 5 miles (according to my pedometer).  So the rest of activity for today is just added bonus.

I did 15 min on the elliptikill and 15 on the treadmill. I wanted to do more on the elliptikill but the one I really like was being used.

Sunday is my day off from exercise, but I did do some tromping around Home Depot this morning!  LOL

After a month of being in and out of the hospital with my 86 yr old father. I think my life is going to finally settle down a bit and I will be able to get back on track. Started back at the beginning of my home workouts. Jumped rope, used my resistance bands, and weighted medicine ball for about 15 minutes. Hopefully I will be able to continue my normal routine and get back up to 30+ minutes per day!!
