as i mentioned i have been bad this weekend,

Water....headed in the right direction
Sweets:  doing good thus far...Friday is my birthday...no decision there yet.
Exercise:  one power walk down...will get on elliptical

well breakfast out wasnt the greatest choices, but that was breakfast back on track again.. I wont let one meal make the rest of the day bad choice... wow doesnt surgery change us.. before it would have been the end of me...

Just checking in for a minute.  First day back at work since Wednesday so super busy.  My week was OK, brother-in-law surgery did not go as well as expected.  Second surgery round secheduled for the 29th.  I did much better on my stress eating, not so much sugar this time.  Hopefully this week will settle down and I can get back to my goals.

Check In - Done
All I will manage today is 3 meals - protein and veggies
Water - in progress  (too much coffee-real thing- today but needed energy)
Vitamins - Done
Exercise - Up running around at work...crazy
Weight - Stll 128lbs

Have handled stress better this time.  Slowly one step at a time.
