1. Check in: Done
2. Weigh: 149 lbs
3. Track Food: B: 235, S: 118 , L: 265 , S: 72 , D: , S: Total: cals. -
4. Eat 3 meals & 2-3 snacks: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack
5. Water: Herbal Tea, Water,
6. Exercise: 4 miles
7. Vitamins & Supplements: 1st Set, 2nd Set,
8. Read: Done
9. Participate on OH: Done
10. No Trigger Foods: Chips, Pizza, Rum & Diet Coke
Random Thoughs:
Ok back to it today. I feel good and I am ready to get back down to business... Parties are over, clients are gone, time to get back to goal...
- Did good until stress eating later in the day, blew it.... sigh...
I know I am a broken record on this subject but I need to be consistent in cutting back on coffee. it makes all the difference in the world in how I feel and the food choices I make.
this week I will TAKE my daily supply of coffee to work so I know exactly how much I am getting - none of this "I can have an extra cup because this is weaker than what I make at home" or whatever excuse.
this week I am TRACKING it and keeping in mind I am a grown up and can defer gratification: when I want more coffee I only have to wait until the next morning.
once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

We need to:
- make goals
- make a plan
- be adults about it
- get support
This week it is for your coffee, for me it is my binging, for someone else it might be their exercise. We all can do this we just need to step up to the plate... so to speak...

that has most of the foods I eat listed.
I was at the gym yesterday and did well with my working out . I ate low carb all day and avoided things people were offering me.
I need to get thisextra weight off!! Even 8 lbs makes it hard to button my pants.
