How much time did you have off work for your panniculectomy!!!

The surgeon said 6 weeks, my medical note said 10 to 14 days...

I lift on 200 and 300 pound residents!!! :O((

I haven't had my plastics yet, but from everything I've heard and read, 6 weeks sounds about right.  I don't think there is any way at all you could lift 10-14 days later after abdominal surgery and not risk harming yourself.

OK, I haven't had any plastics, but after my c-section I was on a lifting restriction for 6 weeks. I would think this would be similar, especially with the demands of your job.

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
