waist to height ratio

I'm in the healthy range now, but I wasn't pre-op with a 41 inch waist!  I'm carrying everything in my butt and saddlebags as well as my upper arms.  :(

Anyone know how to trim those saddlebags, other than lipo?  I'd wear a size down in jeans if I didn't have them.  They make everything pull across the tushie.

I've heard that you can now have jeans made for your specific measurements, just google around. it'll cost more but I would think it would be worth it if you are at goal and want them to fit right.

try to think of them as girlie - and keep in mind that men aren't looking there anyway.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

Thanks for the suggestion about jeans made to fit.  For right now I'm doing fine in the jeans that I have but I'll remember it for future! That's cute about where the guys are looking.  :)

One always hears that we can't spot reduce, but it seems like cardio and using weight machines would help to trim them. I know that you do work out a lot. Maybe, those will be the last areas to trim down???

Hi Gail,

I think you're right about that possibly being the last area to go.  I'm hoping that all the work I do in Pilates will help it!

Hmm, according to this I am extremely slim.. it lies I say! LOL.. I am glad I am not the apple I used to be, that is for sure!

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
