All of the above, plus I eat full fat everything.  It has more flavor and less carbs than some of the lower fat versions.  My go to snack is full fat cheese.  I have just recently switched to caffinated coffee.  It seems to curb my appetite some plus I love the taste.

Amen to the full fat everything with the exception of cottage cheese which I prefer low fat, not sure why but I do and I eat it often and I prefer carb master yogurt to real thing.
One of fav super duper foods is
Ahi Tuna raw marinaded in
sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chili paste/sauce, maybe some sesame seeds or garlic/onion flakes.  This is some seriously good stuff.
I love almonds too, good snack
Dry roasted edamame
Chicken salad made with white meat chicken and regular mayo (not a fan of white meat chicken for eating except in chicken salad)
Havarti or Muenster cheese makes good snack with our without rare roast beef slices from deli.

Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?

Some great ideas - I especially love the idea of using cucumber slices instead of crackers and bean sprouts instead of rice/pasta.
I'd also quite like to go to Dianes for dinner!

My superfood I go to every day is the most delicious protein shake ever:

Almond milk - i make my own - super easy
Vanilla protein powder
Frozen blueberries
- blend in a blender - cold - slightly almondy - v low fat and carbs - most importantly yummo!

salmon sashimi with soy sauce and wasabi!

yummi and good on my stomach. lots of proteins and few calories.

I get it from the Japanese market near work, but from the fish cuts section fridge (without all the fancy add-ons like daikon and ginger etc.) so 8 pieces cost only $4 and are enough for both my lunch AND dinner. cheapest sashimi ever.
