Well expensive is subjective I suppose.  I pay about $10 for 20 servings from the local naturopath store- to me that is expensive for tea.. there are obviously things more or less expensive, lol.  I have a friend who gifted me with two boxes of the tea though, so I wanted to share a sample with a friend.. would only cost me a stamp, my dear!

I'm convinced! I'll give it a try, thank you!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

Dong quai (Chinese Angelica)

Dong quai benefits

Dong Quai is also known as Chinese Angelica and is primarily known for it's uses in treating women's problems including lack of sexual desire, the symptoms of menopause, cramps and PMS. It aids in increasing the effects of hormones in both men and women and is widely used as an aphrodisiac. Dong Quai is particularly useful in helping to end hot flashes and menstrual cramps.

You can get the herbs in capsule form. Solaray is what I have here. $9.39 for 50 capsules, that's 25 doses. Really helps me too. It even helps relieve minor pain like from exercising. If I am just feeling off, can't pinpoint anything I take 2 caps before bed. Makes me a bit sleepy. When I was menstruating it was the only thing that stopped my cramps!
