My Goal - 155 lbs lbs, BMI - 21
Prefered Range - 142 - 147 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 147.6 lbs
Today's Weight -  149 lbs
Gain/Loss -   +1.4 lbs  

132.5 lbs. this AM.  Down a bit from yesterday, dead center of goal range.  Down 2.5 lbs. since reaching goal March 3.  OH, and today is my 6 month surgiversary! 


Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.
Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Current weight 132.5 lbs
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

I'm googling waist-height ratio now & then I will figure mine. the scale is not helping me, my tummy pooches out further even when the number of pounds doesn't go up.

103.4  I am very happy with this weight.  As a matter of fact, I started dancing and whooping on my scale this morning.  The things my poor hubby has to put up with is pitiful.  :)  I was dancing around the master bathroom threatening him that I just might skip all day long today.  It is going to be a beautiful day.  I had a great night last night, went out with my honey to hear his band.  He was dressed up as Jimi Hendrix (without the blackface).  He really rocked the house.  It was fun watching him play the national anthem with his teeth.  I could just hear my Mother in Law in my head complaining about the orthodontist bill.  :)    Great time was had by all. 

179.2 this morning!  Happy dance here too.  My birthday is Friday, and I'm hoping to see 175 by then.  We will see!  Hubby is working a late shift for some training this week, so I'm on my own.  I have planned my weekly, roughly, so hopefully no surprises!

Been eating lots of sodium loaded food since my dad is now out of the hospital. I've been visiting with them every day and they always want to go out to eat. I'm taking a couple of days off so hopefully I can get this water weight off and getting my routine eating back to normal!
