20 minute power walk and will get on the elliptical tonight.  NO energy today, so even a little is better than nothing considering.....

EDIT...got an extra walk in today, and I'm headed to the elliptical right now!

Did my little home workout tonight for about 15 minutes. Hopefully soon I can make myself get up a little earlier but I think that's wishful thinking!! I jump roped, stretch w/resistance bands & did various things (crunches, lunges, etc) with my 8 lb weight ball. I also walked/jogged for about 7 minutes. It's getting a little better to get in at least some type of exercise. Hoping to head to the gym before long and start lifting some weights. My body/limbs surely need it.

I did something called a 15:15. You "snatch" a kettlebell (raise it over your head in such a way that it doesn't whap you in the arm) so many time for 15 seconds. Then rest for 15 seconds. Then repeat alternating arms until either you can't maintain your form or your set count or you get to 80 rep. I did 18# with a 7 rep count 33 times before I only got in 6 and had to stop.

Then I did "Power to the People" (the names of these workouts crack me up sometimes), which is doing 5 deadlifts at the prescribed weight, 5 overhead presses at a prescribed weight, 5 more deadlifts at 10 lb. lighter and 5 more overhead presses at 5 pounds lighter.

My prescribed weights were 85, 75 for the deadlifts and 35, 30 for the overhead presses.

I'm late posting, but I did an hour with Boot Camp Dave, my trainer, on Monday.  We mostly worked on legs.  :)
