Yes thank you so much Diane for thinking of the maintenance board. I just could not handle reading about people losing 10 lbs a week anymore. This is real life now with all it's ups and downs and only this board understands everyday life with a sleeve after post op recovery.

Yup, thanks Diane for creating this group- I was starting to phase out on the regular VSG board, and this brought me back in- even back to that board too... it is a daily reminder that everyone needs to stick around- for themselves and the people who need their support..
I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
