A little disclaimer is in order, I am not even a little bit Irish on 364 days of the year.  But tonight, I think I am feeling a little green.  I went out and bought a tiny little green sweater and if I can use my feminine charms to persuade my husband, I might just have to dance a little jig at our neighborhood Irish pub.  I might be the oldest soccer mom there, but I don't care, I missed out on all this fun in my 20's and 30's and I am making up for lost time.  Last time I went dancing with my husband the 20's pulled out their cameras and filmed us.  I am a bad joke on someones face book page.  :)  Oh well, I don't care, I am going out there and getting a little reckless.  (OK, very little, since I'll be with my husband and we both have to get the kids up for school at 6).  :)  So what if I am not the biggest party animal in the house, I can still rock on my high heels with the best of them.  Who else is going out tonight, or am I the only one who has lost her mind?

Sounds like fun Elina, yeah go out there and kick up your heels and dance to the "diddly diddly" music. Thats what our driver called traditional Irish music when we were in Ireland.

I have no Irish in me either but my husband does. But the greenest thing we are doing is having fresh pesto with chicken for dinner and green veggies. But he got some Irish soda bread. None for me. Thats about it. We are dull.

Have  great time. Kiss the Blarney...

I'm part irish and I did eat green beans with my dinner and wore a green top today. Other than that it's just not my favorite holiday. Save some energy for tomorrow night K? I'm stuck at home doing homework tonight.

I'm mostly Irish...Well, I have a green sweater on, but that's about it. However, we are leaving for a weekend away tomorrow up in Mendocino to celebrate our 28th anniversary (which is the 19th) so we'll do our partying this weekend!

I'm Irish 1 day per year.  I was supposed to go on a date Saturday but we moved it up to St. Paddy's and spent the entire day together. It was AWESOME and no green beer or cabbage were involved!

Well, Elina, now you have to report on your Irish evening out. Hope it was fun.
