Peanut butter flour is dehydrated peanuts - turns into a powdery substance like flour, tastes JUST like peanuts. Put it in shakes (especially chocolate shakes, yum!), mix it into greek yogurt, etc. Good stuff! My TJs has it in the baking section on the bottom shelf, looks like a little square brick, maybe 4 x 4 x 3.
A caution on the seaweed chips. I tried them after reading someone else's review, but found them HORRID! Fishy tasting and a nasty, flaky, stringy (all at the same time) texture. Not for me, one bite and I tossed the bag.

poppin' that TJ's cherry eh? I get.....low-fat smoked Gouda cheese...jar of red and yellow roasted peppers (good W/ cheeses and meats) ....sardines in olive oil (yummy sardine's more mild in flavor and moist!) Jumbo eggs........frozen asparagus (hard to find in regular stores! my "go to" veg) lots of frozen seafood items........TJ's Greek yogurt (plain)....laughing cow light cheeses (blue cheese my fave!)Mixed variety heirloom tomatoes (eat W/ blue cheese dip I make W/ the LCL cheeses).....celery hearts.....edamame (frozen or fresh) Cilantro jalapeno hummus.....pure protein 35 grm prot shakes (choc or van)........Oh! and when I "choose" to be "naughty" the peanut butter double decker cookies are my choice! (just note.....200 cals...20 carbs....but 4grms of prot!....each!) Just sayin' !
