I saw this one coming and tried to do everything I could to avoid it, this is why i think it happened:
-  time of month
-  scale stopped going down daily
-  busy day, out and about on a property tour with a client, and out of my control and routine
-  took a client for lunch
-  threw in the towel and gave in to everything I wanted
What I see happening over the next few days:
-  Saturday will be off plan also, because:
     -  want bagels and PB for breakfast
     -  going to a BBQ party for lunch
     -  clients/friends have invited us out for dinner this evening to celebrate selling their home
-  Sunday hopefully will get right back on plan...  that is the plan at this point
-  No real surprises here, just disappointment, I thought I could do it, I knew it was coming...
-  Oh well, thanks so much for the kind words of support, like you say, get up and keep going, it is not the end of the world and I am human...
-  AND it was delicious, so there is that!!

Okay, Cindy. It may be too late for breakfast, but you still have control over lunch and dinner.  Have a nice time and good food, but just only have a true nibble of the less healthy options.  You don't have to throw out Saturday all together.  You can do it!!!!!

My day includes six hours at work starting at 5am.  Yah.  Then, dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse with friends.  That was by design to ensure protein for me and no real temptations.  I no longer lust for their scalloped potatoes, which I never thought would happen but was proven in my last two visits.

Track:  yep, and kickin' butt with barely any carbs
Weigh:  181
Exercise:  Elliptical planned for this afternoon before shower and dinner (so proud of hubby and me as we got on last night even though we were both dog tired.  Accountability between the two of us really helps)
Sweets:  coffee is my friend....glaring at m&ms right now.  Nope!

Thanks Theresa, I am not starting out well, had a 450 cal breakfast which was a Bagel & PB.  But I have checked in, I have weighed, I have tracked my cals, I have taken my supplements, I have started my liquids, and I don't have my head in the sand, so there is something to say for all that.  Isn't there?  I know it is a cop out...

You are planning your meal out very well.  I am also very proud of you and your hubby, you guys are doing great with your exercise.

Kick those evil M&M's to the curb, don't need them, don't want them.  Had some myself yesterday, my favs are Peanut M&M's... have not had any in awhile...

Enjoy your cofee, thanks so much for your support it means a lot to me,

Cindy

Good Morning/afternoon  checking in... still sticking to low carb...got sick of my hair looking really straggly so cut about 8 inches off so its more an even length, but not sure i like it.. oh well its hair it will grow

Cindy maybe you should do a couple of weeks with no weighing when your back on track then you can not see if you are stalled or not and dont have to foccus on the scale, or maybe do a one day a week weigh.
Even in your losing phase, and alot of your challeneges you seem to do well with not the constant weighins when you were losing...

I was sure I was going to be ok, but it was just one too many things...

I will get back on track tomorrow!  Today I am enjoying!

I may start to weigh once a week, my only concern with that is if I go off plan, I need to know how bad I am doing, or it could get out of hand.

Perhaps Sunday, I will start again, and not weigh for one week!  Thanks for the idea!

Hugs,

Cindy
