"siggy" and ticker!! I have done it!! Today I stepped on the scale and it read....280.8lbs! Which means........I have lost 300lbs!! I am shocked....amazed....in a state of disbelief! It is hard for me to comprehend at the moment! I have NEVER felt better in my life! Again I say......this is the BEST decision I have EVER made! Thanks for ALL the support....info.....laughs.... and encouragement! I really appreciate you ALL! It has been a "wild" ride this past 18.5 months! I am NOT done yet.......But this feels GREAT! Next stop......10 more LBS!
