   Daily Exercise Check In - Tuesday, Mar16/11 

This post was initially set up by Diane, primarily to encourage you 'slugs' to do some form of exercise, anything, even if it was just 10 minutes a day.  It was set up for you non-exercisers, although exercisers were encouraged to participate, motivate and cheer on the non-exercisers!!  Diane, the Queen Slug is watching you and promises to check in here daily and set a good example of how it's done!

Hi All

Well I did it
Went to Gym Yesterday, Spent half an hour on the treadmill and passed out!  Hahah Just kidding.

Anyway going back today to do another 30 min Walking 20 min Cycle and 10 min stepping if i can.

If you do not hear from me tomorrow , I am probably in traction. haha

blast, I totally forgot yesterday. one more reason I need to do it in the morning.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

I moved more in my daily activity throughout the day.  Better than just sitting at the computer all day which I usually do.  I also took a 10 minute walk after work.   Small, maybe, but it is progress.  I will be off the boards for the rest of the week.  Family illness so I will be out of town but will increase my activity as allows.

Good for you!

While you are away get some walks in whenever you can.  It will help with the stress...

Cindy I'm HERE to report that on Tuesday March 15th I went to the gym and walked 2.5+ miles on the treadmill for 45 minutes.

My workout days for THIS week are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Thanks for checking in!  GREAT JOB with your treadmill walk!!  Hope you enjoyed it.  Did you listen to music?  Watch TV?  Look at all the muscilie hunks??

It wasn't as enjoyable as a 4 mile walk in paradise, but I had my ipod on and watching TV and people watched as well.
