Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:  
1.  Check in:  Done 
2.  Weigh
  146.4 lbs
3.  Track Food:  B: 235, S: 63 , L: 265 , S: 72 , D: 189 , S: 80     Total: 905  cals. -  Done
4.  Eat 3 meals & 2-3 snacks: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack - Done 
5.  Water: Herbal Tea, Water, Water, Water - Done
6.  Exercise:  4 Miles - Done
7.  Vitamins & Supplements: 1st Set, 2nd Set, 3rd Set - Done   
8.  Read: Done
9.  Participate on OH: Done 
10. No Trigger Foods:  Done 

Random Thoughs: 
-  Still consistantly losing, trying to prepare myself mentally for when I stop losing lbs and start losing inches.  I am very pleased with how this is going so far.

Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:

1. Morning weigh in
...196.4
Stayed the same again today ( My body is scared of 195...LOL) I weighed in an hour later like always..and 195.6 appeared...I have to start going with waiting a while after I get up..Always lower an hour or so later.
2. Breakfast
Premiere Protein drink.
3. Meds and supplements Meds.
3. Protein drink before 1st break Had it for breakfast.
4. Water while at work 0'ozs
5. Have a healthy lunch packed Cauliflower and BBQ steak, this was on my 1st and 2nd breaks.
6. Listen to my body Stopped when my tummy started feeling tight.
7. Exercise Walked all day at work and walked a mile home.
8. Record and be accountable Recorded and Checked in
9. Know that I can't have
RED Light foods, even though the family can, and shouldn't be punished because of my uncontrollable binges.

Random thoughts:
I will ACHIEVE!!!
Heading for my 2nd pre-op appointment today!! Glad I have a couple days off, give the body a rest!!

Welcome Back!!

Tell your body it has NOTHING to be afraid of and that it will love carrying around the new lighter you!!

I am excited for you with your upcoming plastics, that may be just what you need to get to goal!!  It would motivate the heck out of me if someone cut off a bunch of the weight I needed to lose.  You are going to feel, look and enjoy being so much lighter and not carrying all that excess skin around.  I am soooooo happy for you!

WATER ALERT!!  0 oz!!


Good for you for listening to your tummy, walking and staying positive even when the scale is being stubborn... just keep doing the right things and it will move!

What an insane day!

Water:  still need about 20 ounces
Weigh in:  181
Tracking:  yep!
Exercise:  only a short walk...will elliptical this evening
NO SWEETS...survived luncheon with cupcakes and cookies......took a sf werthers as emergency backup, but I didn't eat it!  HA!

Really bad day at work for me and hubby.  We talked each other off the ledge of going for Mexican food.  Going home for some tuna salad instead....

I am so proud of you and hubby!!  Great job, hope the scale rewards you both.

Enjoy your time on the elipital tonight, wish I had some work out machines at home...  lucky lady!

hi guys checking in... still doing fairly strict carbs... will continue to do that, but am going to try mixing calories up as well so some days are higher and some days are lower to try and stop the body from grabbing everything im eating...
