If you focus on trying to figure out why you binge, you WILL figure out why you binge. So I think it is a very very positive step that you are trying to figure it out. Think about it, read about it, talk about it, find out what causes it so that you can do something about it,

I think of you often my dear, and I wish there was something I could do. I just read 10 Thin Commandments and I am reading Shrink Yourself again. They are both excellent books and I expect to continue to read and re-read them until I understand myself and get a handle on my weight, maintenance and eating.
Have a fabulous day, pick one small thing today, that will help you get to into the 160's. Eat less when you binge, or doon't eat the same things, or plan for the binge and have all kinds of healthy snacks ready... choose something and make one change, when you have a handle on that, make another, and so on...

104.4 lbs. today. I guess I need to pull it in a little, as it is not coming off so easily on its own. I want to be closer to 103 on average. Not bad though, yesterday I did not post and I was 105.4. But my husband changed our scale without telling me. Now I don't really know how to interpret the new weight. I will know more in a few weeks.
