I love it!!  I am so happy you are on a roll!!  Meeeee toooooo!!  Feels good eh?

I am also glad to hear you lost your vacation weight and that your daughter, the grazing monster #2 :)  is on her way back to college.  Hopefully it will be easier now...

I am thrilled you are allowed to get on the stationary bike now, you are right, it is a start, do you have one at home?  Or do you go to the gym?  How often and for how long are you going to use it?  It is going to feel so good to get movin', even if you don't get anywhere!!

You know I realize more than ever, that I think I can eat more because of my height and I think my metabolism is more like a man's because of my height.  There are some great benefits to being tall, and I am finally aware of some of them.  Now that I realize this, I am not giving up my extra inches to you.  Well maybe a couple, you can have a max of say 3 inches but you have to come down to get them in person!  :0

On my way! (I wish!)
I do have a bike at home, but I'm only allowed to do it at therapy.  Oh well, this too shall pass!

hi im checking in, glad to see things are going so well for you cindy woo hoo...

still going strong on low carb so hopefully this weight will slowly subside back to where i was pre christmas

still have not the want to get into exercise but i need to start pushing myself...

I will start by wearing body media fit.. it entices me to do more...

Thanks so much, I am pleased!!

I can't wait to see how well you do with your low carb!!  What day do you weight again?

With exercise, start small and be consistant, you can build it up from there.  Go for a 10 min walk a day or something easy that you like...

I don't know what body media fit is, but if it entices you do it!  Or wear it or whatever!!
