Does anyone have weightloss affirmations

I have an enormous Word document full of sayings I like.

The ones I used the most are:

I can do anything for 15 minutes.
My body is a temple and I'm not putting *that* into it.

I'll tell you the one that never worked for me: Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I believe that, if this were true, no one would be overweight. I think when you are losing, the excitement of losing feels great, better than eating that donut. But, over time, the excitement wears off and suddenly that donut tastes pretty damn good and the "thin feeling" is much weaker than than the taste feeling.

Funny you posted this one. My neighbor is sick and I went to the grocery store for her. She wanted a case of coke and half gallon of ice cream...I felt like I was buying something horrible, like I needed a disclaimer on my cart 'this is not for me, i would never eat this stuff'

No surprise that one of my favorites comes from my beloved Walt Disney...

"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."

and I'm now gonna adopt "I can do anything for 15 minutes."  LOVE IT!
