Random Thoughs:
-  Ok, had a major fight with hubby last night...
-  Hubby stormed out of the house, first time he has ever done that.  He said many things he regrets today...
-  Did not know what to do with myself, was so upset...
-  Prowled around our tiny home, thinking about what to do...
-  I did not:
     -  eat the PB, or Choco Chips, or anything else for that matter
     -  I did not pour myself a stiff drink
     -  I did not storm out of the house out of spite
     -  I did not get angry like he did
     -  I did not cry
     -  I did not do anything destructive to myself or my eating plan
I did:
     -  try to remain calm
     -  choose not to eat or drink anything I would regret
     -  tried to read, could not concentrate
     -  tried to journal, could not write, hands were shaking...
     -  tried to sleep, mind would not settle down
     -  just lie down and feel my pain, hurt, anger and frustration

I am so proud of myself.  I really needed to grow up, and I beleive it is slowly working... it is not easy by any means, but I feel proud today... I made it through that one...

We are ok today, we have talked, we have applogized, we have learned and grown.  Hopefully it will be handled better next time, so that tempers do not flare in the first place...  I still have a long way to go... but this one is one for me to be proud of.

Thanks for listening...

Cindy

Hi Sweet Friend,

I am so glad the Atkin's Plan is working for you and it has taken care of your hunger, I have really had success with Atkin's in the past, I lost the most weight on it and kept it off the longest.. until now, my Sleeve is even better!  So you having a Sleeve AND doing Atkin's should be a slam dunk!!

Have a great day my dear,

Cindy

I'm so proud of you.  You are such a sweetie,  i'm really proud that you did't let the argument send you over the deep end.   And i'm glad that you guys have worked through this.  People don't believe it but men can get pmsy sometimes too.   I feel so positive about where i am and where i'm going finally.  I believe i will get where i'm supposed to be.   Atkins is so cool.   It has answered so many questions for me.   I can do this  !! Take care :o)  Jeani
