Be Careful when you think you stand..
If you are being a regular gymminit girl, you may find that some days are just hungrier days. The days I lift are hungrier days and the days after can be too if I lifted later in the evening, hongries carry over, I guess.
And too, whether you have an obvious cycle or not, our hormones still do a flux thing, and you could have the hormone hungries too! Never hurts to chart your hungry days, see if they come in a pattern you can see after you have been charting for a while!

Well, I am not a good/bad calorie gal, but definitely useless calories! :} Especially with your growing muskles!
Lesson learned! Jelly beans ~ calorically dense and nutritionally useless!
