Be Careful when you think you stand..

Lest  you fall.  Wow did I fall today!  I think I ate almost 1300 calories today.  I hit the gym early and for some reason, I wanted to eat all day!  Hummmppp.  I will do better tomorrow, I guarantee it!!!!  
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

If you are being a regular gymminit girl, you may find that some days are just hungrier days.  The days I lift are hungrier days and the days after can be too if I lifted later in the evening, hongries carry over, I guess. 

And too, whether you have an obvious cycle or not, our hormones still do a flux thing, and you could have the hormone hungries too!  Never hurts to chart your hungry days, see if they come in a pattern you can see after you have been charting for a while!

I did a lot of lifting at the gym, that always makes me hungry!  Unfortunately, I ate bad calories.  Jelly beans!!!!  I won't do that again!!!!

Well, I am not a good/bad calorie gal, but definitely useless calories!  :}  Especially with your growing muskles! 

Lesson learned!  Jelly beans ~ calorically dense and nutritionally useless! 

Or, as my mimi would say "Brandilynn, that does no good to no body, like a fart in a windstorm, that!"
