2 years out...........
well time flies when you are having fun I guess.........
It has been 2 years since I had my VSG done in the states (covered by ohip then).
I reached my goal with in a year and stayed the same weight. Never over the goal weight usually a few pounds under - so 164-169 the whole year.
I still have lots of restriction , I pay attention to what I eat : always protein first , never drink and eat.
I still do Pilates once a week and spinning / ski once a week.
I am thinking a tummy tuck but not sure if I feel like another surgery.
Life is good :-)

Thanks for posting. Its wonderful to hear that you have maintained and that life is going well. I envy you for being able to ski weekly. wish i could do that.
I too have been contemplating the tummy tuck but like you not interested in going through more surgery which will probably be more uncomfortable than the vsg which was a breeze. If you do it, report in.
So glad things are going well for you. Life is indeed good after vsg.
