Heading out for 4 miles with 2 dogs, then lifting for 40 minutes.

Today I was with my trainer for an hour in the morning.. some treadmill time (she won't let me go slow) and a bunch of strength training. Going to go for a walk with my OH buddy tonight.. I bet she will make me walk fast.. she's an energetic gal. Going to go shopping on my lunch break at the sports store. Gotta buy some of those band thingies.

It's pouring rain and I am just heading out for my 4 miles!!!  Ugh... I'm outta here!!  I am not sugar and I won't melt!

I'm a little late but I'd love to join in. At almost 5 months post op i seem to be stuck in a lazy rut. I know if i jump right into cardio(which i hate!) I'll burn out. So i want to start slow with some weight training. I did 15 minutes of upper body today, high resistance and 8-10 reps.

3 mile fast walk today, boxing and strength tomorrow
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
